Fahymas LLC builds custom software for businesses. How engagements work
Standard scopes are sold as fixed-price packages with a published price, delivery time and revision allowance. Larger or less predictable projects are scoped from your requirements and quoted in a written proposal. Either way, the scope is agreed in writing before development starts and invoiced through Stripe.
Who the work is for
Clients are businesses and organizations, along with individual founders, developers and independent professionals buying for a business or professional purpose. What they have in common is a defined technical need: an AI product to validate with early users, an AI feature inside an application that already exists, a chatbot that answers from internal documentation, an extension that removes repetitive browser work, a bug that has resisted internal debugging, or a dataset that needs collecting and structuring.
Services are supplied for business and professional purposes. Fahymas LLC does not provide services for consumer, personal or household use.

It operates remotely: development work is performed by its owner from outside the United States, and all services are delivered digitally. You deal directly with the developer doing the work.

Authorized use
Fahymas LLC provides development and automation services for lawful, authorized business use. Clients are responsible for holding the necessary rights and permissions for the systems, data, websites, APIs and software involved in their projects.
Projects are declined where the intended use would involve unauthorized access, credential harvesting, security or access-control circumvention, CAPTCHA bypass, detection evasion, account takeover, fake-account creation, platform abuse, spam, fraud, malware, unlawful data collection, or work on proprietary code the client has no right to modify.
