FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Pricing, payment, delivery, cancellation and how engagements run. If something is not covered here, ask directly.

What services does Fahymas provide?

AI SaaS development, AI API and LLM integration, AI chatbot and RAG development, browser extension development, JavaScript and React debugging, and authorized data extraction and API automation. Each is described in full on the services page.

How is pricing determined?

Each service has a published entry package with a fixed scope, delivery time and price, listed on the pricing page. Work outside a published package is quoted individually after we review your requirements.

Are the prices on the website fixed?

The published price applies to the scope described in that package. If your requirements go beyond that scope, we tell you before anything is agreed and give you a quote for the actual work. We do not add charges after the fact.

What is included in each package?

Every package lists its scope, included features, delivery time and revisions on the pricing page and on the relevant service page. What is not included: third-party costs such as hosting, domains and model API usage, any applicable taxes, and ongoing maintenance.

Can I request a custom scope?

Yes. Most larger projects are quoted individually. Describe what you need through the inquiry form and we will scope and price it in a written proposal.

How do I start a project?

Submit the project inquiry form. If you arrived from a package, the service and package are carried into the form automatically. You can also email or call.

How do I pay?

Fahymas LLC issues an invoice through Stripe Invoicing. You receive it by email and pay online using the methods Stripe makes available for that invoice. There is no shopping cart or checkout on this website.

Do you require an initial payment?

Yes. Work begins once the first invoice has cleared. For smaller published packages the full package fee is normally invoiced before work starts; for larger scoped projects the schedule is set out in your agreement.

Are milestone payments used?

On larger projects, yes. The payment schedule for each engagement is confirmed in the written proposal or project agreement and may include an initial payment, milestone invoices and a final payment.

What happens if the scope changes?

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately as a change order setting out the additional deliverables, the effect on the timeline and the additional fee. It is agreed in writing before the work is carried out.

What do revisions cover?

Revisions apply to the deliverables of the package you bought, within the scope described. A revision adjusts work already delivered; it is not a route to add new functionality. New functionality is quoted as a change order.

Can I cancel a project?

Yes. Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed and milestones delivered are payable; amounts paid for work not yet performed are refunded. Full terms are in the Project Cancellation & Refund Policy.

When are refunds available?

Amounts held for work that has not been performed are refunded. Completed and accepted work is not refundable, because custom software built to your specification cannot be returned or resold. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.

How is work delivered?

Digitally — source code in a private Git repository, deployment to hosting you approve, and written documentation. Credentials are transferred through a secure channel. See the Service Delivery Policy.

Do you ship products?

No. Fahymas LLC sells professional development services only. No physical goods are sold, stocked or shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges at any point.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Clients are in a range of countries. Fahymas LLC is a U.S.-registered company that operates remotely, and all work is delivered digitally.

Do you work with individuals, or only companies?

Both. Clients include companies and organizations as well as individual founders, developers and independent professionals. What matters is that the work is bought for a business or professional purpose. Fahymas LLC does not take on work for consumer, personal or household use.

Who owns the finished code?

Intellectual property and ownership of deliverables transfer to you on the basis set out in your project agreement, on payment of the fees for those deliverables.

Is maintenance available?

Yes. Maintenance, improvements and further development are arranged separately under their own agreement, and are not included in a package fee unless the proposal says so.

What authorization is required for automation or data work?

Written confirmation that you own or are authorized to operate the systems, accounts and data sources involved. We review the source and your authorization before work begins. Where authorization cannot be evidenced, we decline the project and refund amounts paid for work not performed.

Do you hold client funds or process payments for others?

No. Fahymas LLC invoices for its own services only. It does not hold, transmit or disburse funds belonging to third parties, and does not operate an escrow service or marketplace. Where a project includes payment functionality, it is built on your own payment provider account under your own merchant agreement.
