How Fahymas LLC earns revenue

Revenue consists solely of fees invoiced to clients for development work performed by Fahymas LLC under an agreed scope. Fees are either the published price of a standard package or a figure quoted in a written proposal, and are invoiced through Stripe Invoicing.

Fahymas LLC does not hold, transmit, process or disburse funds belonging to any third party. It does not operate an escrow service, a marketplace, or a money transmission business. Where a project includes payment functionality, it is built on the client's own payment provider account under the client's own merchant agreement.

Commercial terms

Deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, intellectual-property arrangements and project-specific conditions are established in the applicable project agreement or statement of work.
