Through the project inquiry form we collect what you choose to submit, which may include your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company or organization name, country, region and time zone, the service and package you selected, your project requirements and objectives, technical information you provide voluntarily such as an existing stack or repository status, and your budget range and timeline preferences.

We also receive standard website analytics and information collected through cookies, and technical data generated by the Shopify infrastructure this website runs on.

Payment information

Invoices are issued through Stripe. When you pay an invoice, your payment details are collected and processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy. Fahymas LLC does not collect or store card numbers or bank credentials. Fahymas LLC receives from Stripe the invoice status, the payment amount, and the billing details you provide.

Sharing

Inquiry information is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. It is processed by the service providers this website, its email and its invoicing depend on — including Shopify, which hosts the site and transmits form submissions, and Stripe, which processes invoice payments — and may be disclosed where required by law.

Client and project data

Where an engagement gives Fahymas LLC access to your systems, content or data, that access is used only to perform the agreed work. Credentials supplied for a project are used for that project and are removed from active use once the engagement ends. A confidentiality agreement can be put in place before requirements are shared.
